My Background

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Latina clinician with over 21 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and emerging professionals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural and identity-related stress, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as individuals affected by sexual assault and domestic violence.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Community Psychology to expand my impact at the community level and address systemic barriers to mental health care.
If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being, I welcome you to reach out to schedule a consultation.

What to Expect

My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and evidence-informed. I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and promote long-term mental wellness. My approach is supportive, culturally responsive, and goal-oriented, with a focus on empowering clients to increase self-awareness and create meaningful change.

As a bilingual Spanish/English therapist with a deep understanding of cultural identity and acculturation, I provide a welcoming space for first- and second-generation immigrants navigating bicultural stress, family expectations, or identity exploration. I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment where clients can express themselves freely and work toward healing without judgment.
