Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential space to process and freely be yourself without judgment. It is a privilege for us to hold your story and work with you to achieve your goals.

 

We believe you are the expert of your own life, and we are your guide on your path to healing, growth, and empowerment. We use a variety of therapeutic methods depending on your needs and goals, which may include:​​​

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Play Therapy

Play therapy creates a comfortable, fun environment for children ages 6+ to navigate the challenges of past traumas, find relief from persistent anxiety and depression, and cope with symptoms associated with low self esteem, school issues, family and peer relationships, or grief/loss.

 

We offer regular check-in meetings with parents of children under 12 regarding your child’s progress, as well as Telehealth offered through Teleo, a virtual playroom platform designed for children to boost engagement. We often teach practical tools to be implemented outside of the therapy room since change best occurs when implemented in small, frequent doses.

Scheduling Your Session

Therapeutic hours are 50 minutes long on a secure virtual platform. Sessions are available to book at various times throughout the week and weekend, depending on your therapist's schedule. When you’re ready to get started, complete the contact form.
